In 2004, fourteen year old Morgan Harper began her career in a small town in Georgia where she taught herself to play guitar and begin to write songs. It was not long after she began to really play, that she started singing and considering a career in music. Throughout her high school years, Harper played, sang, and wrote for herself and several different bands in her local area, but eventually decided to settle down and pursue a solo career on the side of her main job: college.
